Green cleaning. Ditch the toxic products!

Many household cleaners contain toxic chemicals. These chemicals may cause short-term and long-term health problems when you use them.

Children are often more vulnerable to chemical exposure during developmental stages, and certain chemicals may interfere with the development of their neurological, endocrine, and immune systems. Younger children have higher respiratory rates than adults, therefore they absorb more air contaminants per unit of weight, meaning they experience a higher inhaled dose.

Switching to natural cleaning options is an important part of a natural healthy home.

Our homes are 2-5x more polluted than the outside. A bit scary to think our safe little home can be harming us because of what we are bringing in.

Clean should not smell like Bleach or Windex.

Once you start to learn, you can't unlearn. And if you're committed to living your best life - you have no time to allow harmful chemicals to drag you down. Especially when you discover that cleaning with nature actually makes the process joyful! I love DIY projects but even if you don’t it really isn’t difficult to introduce simple changes (little by little) into your home and ditch the chemical.

When you reduce your exposure to harmful chemicals, you will start to experience an upgrade in other areas - your emotions, your body system health ... suddenly your home feels more peaceful.

For example - did you know that NASA discovered that certain plants actually remove the harmful chemicals in your air?
